1. Service Overview

サービス概要

YOKOSO Work (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates as a contract-based engagement intermediary (業務委託仲介) and a licensed talent placement service (人材紹介). We do not operate as a worker dispatch (派遣) agency.

2. Service Models

サービスモデル

Contract-Based Engagement (業務委託仲介): Workers operate as independent contractors. YOKOSO Work facilitates the engagement between the business and the worker under a contract-based arrangement.

Talent Placement (人材紹介): YOKOSO Work introduces qualified candidates to businesses for direct employment. Upon successful placement, a placement fee applies.

3. Payment Terms

支払条件

Billing is closed at the end of each calendar month. Payment is due on the 25th of the following month. If the 25th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday in Japan (Asia/Tokyo timezone), payment is due on the next business day.

All compensation amounts are confirmed and entered by YOKOSO Work operations. Neither businesses nor workers may independently modify payment amounts in the system.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and not misrepresent their qualifications, business operations, or intentions.

5. Limitation of Liability

免責事項

YOKOSO Work acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the employment or contractor relationship between businesses and workers. We are not liable for disputes arising from such relationships beyond our role as facilitator.

6. Governing Law

準拠法

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
